How do I request a refund or replacement?

We take pride in our product quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of an order for any reason, please visit your order history at:

You can submit a request for a replacement or refund at the above url, or by emailing support@sincerely.com directly. We will usually be able to print your replacement or issue the refund within 24 hours.

Please note that refunds after 60 days for missing or damaged cards will be in the form of Sincerely credits.
