How do I know my order went thru?

We will send you an order confirmation email, usually within minutes of placing your order.   Also, IN this email is a link which can be used to place an order on hold if you realized you need to make a change or the like. 

You can also check the order history screen under our app's main menu, accessible by swiping in from the left edge of the screen.

Finally you can log in to your account online at www.sincerly.com/account/.  You'll see all your orders, and can click on any one to pull up additional information.
